1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302 Clone VIN: 0F02F137511 This is a very nice Boss clone. It has power steering and 4-wheel power disc-brakes with a 9 inch rear end. The Mustang has the front spoiler and rear spoiler option, along with rear window louvers and a shaker hood. Engine is 351 Windsor 4 barrel that was rebuilt and has less than 1500 miles on it. The 351 has a mild cam and has a 4 barrel Edelbrock Performer aluminum intake and new 600cfm Holley carburetor. The headers are Headman Ceramic Coated with Flow master 3 chamber mufflers. Engine should have 345 HP. The Alternator, Voltage Regulator, Starter Solenoid Relay, Radiator, Fan Shroud, 6 Blade Fan, Power Steering Belt, Alternator Belt, Power Steering Hoses, Power Steering Control Valve, Power Steering Slave Cylinder, Accel 8.8 Racing Spark Plug Wires, Optima battery, Radiator Hoses - upper and lower, Ford Racing Boss 302 style Valve Covers were installed. The shaker option was installed and the twist down hood locks were done at the time of restoration and chrome export brace with chrome shock plates I just added. The paint and body restoration is just GREAT. The engine compartment was painted same color of body and it looks great. The front and rear bumpers were replaced at the time of restoration along with grill and grill moldings, to include the grill emblem. The front and rear spoiler and rear louvers were added. Hood lip molding was replaced along with left and right outer headlight moldings. New reproduction gas cap and backup light assemblies were installed. All weather stripping was replaced to include doors, roof rail, trunk, belt liners and door and window seals. The interior was restored; new carpet, front and rear seat covers, deluxe door panels, dash pad, sunvisors, headliner and sail panels, scuff plates, console center and arm rest. Three point retractable seat belts were installed, which are better than the factory shoulder harness. New Pioneer Radio with C/D player with remote control, plus new door speakers and rear package shelf speakers. A new Grant wood steering wheel was added also. Just a GREAT interior! Suspension has new shocks, tie rods, lower control arms, upper ball joints, strut rod bushings, sway bar links, new rear leaf springs, rear leaf shackles, 9 inch rear end, new u-joints, front and rear, and new drive shaft. The brakes are power disc-brakes, front and rear; stops on a dime - great brakes! The wheels are American Racing torque trust “D” 15X8 on rear and 15X7 on front with a new set of BFGoodrich T/A radials 235X60X15 - front and rear. Transmission is a rebuilt C-4 automatic with less than 150 miles on it. No leaks - shifts great! This is one beautiful restoration and WHAT a car to drive! No, it is not a true Boss 302, BUT it also is not 60K. The restoration is GREAT; the detail is very nice and the price is less than what it would cost to build it!!!!
